What happens automatically
When Google Ads disapproves your video, Sprizzy ends the campaign and moves the unspent budget to your Sprizzy account balance. You do not have to do anything to protect your money.
You are only charged for views that were already delivered, which is usually nothing at all when the disapproval happens during review.
Why it was disapproved
Google Ads tells us the policy category, for example improper content, shocking content, negative events, misleading claims, political content or a health or finance restriction. Google does not tell us which second, word or image triggered it.
A video can be perfectly fine on YouTube and still not be allowed as an ad. The rules for ads are stricter than the rules for uploads. See Why Google Ads disapproves videos.
Your options
Submit the video again. Open the campaign menu, choose Create Duplicate, then Duplicate With Existing Video, and pay with your account balance. Google reviews each submission on its own, so a second review can come back differently. It can also come back the same, and repeated submissions of the same video usually do.
Promote a different video. Often the fastest route, especially in the most restricted topics: finance, politics, health, adult themes and anything violent.
Take the money back. Open the account menu, choose Payment History, and click Refund next to the payment. See How do I get a refund?.
Two special cases
Video Content Changed. This means the video was edited after it was submitted. Google will not keep running an ad for a video that has changed. Start a new campaign with the updated video.
Limited. Your ad is approved, but Google has limited who can see it. The campaign may deliver slowly or not at all. If it is not delivering, ending it and promoting a different video is usually the better use of the budget.
If you think Google got it wrong
Email support@sprizzy.com with the campaign ID and the category from the email. If the category clearly does not fit your video, a person will look at whether anything can be done. Once a campaign has been archived it no longer exists in Google Ads and cannot be reopened, so the route is always a new submission.
What to do next
Check your account balance at the top of Payment History, then either duplicate the campaign or start a new one with a different video.
