Our Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the results of your campaign within 7 days after the end date, we’ll refund the amount of the campaign, up to $100 USD. This guarantee only applies to the first campaign you create on Sprizzy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• Your campaign’s budget was at least $50.
• It was your first campaign on Sprizzy.
• Your channel must have been linked to Sprizzy’s Google Ads account from the start and for the duration of the campaign.
• The campaign has concluded, and the actual number of “views” or “subscribers” was less than our estimates provided on the pricing page.
• You submitted your refund request within 14 days after the campaign ended.

Exclusions

The following situations are excluded from our money-back guarantee:

• Campaigns that are paused or canceled: Campaigns must run to completion to allow the proper time for our optimization engine to work.
• Campaigns that are approved by Google Ads and later disapproved due to violating their terms of service.
• Any campaigns that are not your first campaign.
• Any campaigns that feature a low-quality video, as determined by Sprizzy, intended to make it perform poorly in order to qualify for a refund are excluded from our money-back guarantee.

Refund Process

If you’re not satisfied with the results of your campaign and would like to request a refund, please email our Customer Experience team at [email protected]. We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to complete your money-back guarantee refund.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.

Terms & Conditions

Limitations:

• Limited to one per channel.
• Limited to one per household or IP address.

Modifications: Sprizzy reserves the right to modify or terminate the money-back guarantee at any time, without notice. Any modifications to the guarantee will be effective immediately upon posting.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Sprizzy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the money-back guarantee. Our liability to you in any event shall not exceed the amount of the campaign for which you are requesting a refund.
