Why does my campaign still say Pending Review or Processing? Every campaign is reviewed by the Sprizzy team and then by Google Ads, which usually takes a day and can take up to three. My campaign is approved but has not started An approved campaign can take up to a day to start, and a YouTube channel setting is the most common thing that blocks it completely. My ad was disapproved, what now? A disapproved campaign ends automatically, your unspent budget returns to your Sprizzy account balance, and you can submit the video again or promote a different one. My campaign is live but is not getting views Slow or stopped delivery on a live campaign usually comes from narrow targeting, a low view rate, daily pacing or a Google restriction. How long does a campaign run? A campaign ends when its budget is spent, and your budget sets the longest schedule you can choose because Google Ads requires at least $5 per day. How do I end or pause a campaign early? You can pause a campaign at any time, or end it and send the unspent budget back to your account balance or your original payment method. How do I promote a different video, or several videos at once? The video in an approved campaign cannot be swapped, so you end that campaign and use the money on a new one, and you can run as many campaigns as you like at the same time. Can I change the targeting of a campaign that is already running? You can change targeting, ad types, ad text, budget and the end date while a campaign runs, and changes reach Google Ads within about an hour. How do I choose keywords and placements? Target the exact subject of your video, and add the channels and videos your audience already watches, instead of broad category words. I cannot find my video when setting up a campaign Paste the video link into the search box, and check that the video is public or unlisted and on a channel you have added.
