Where is my money, and how do I use my account balance?

The two places your money can be

Inside a campaign. When you pay for a campaign, the money sits in that campaign and is spent as the ad delivers.

In your account balance. This is your Sprizzy balance, shown at the top of the Payment History page. It is money that is not in a campaign yet.

Money moves from a campaign to your balance when you end the campaign, when Google Ads disapproves the video, or when Sprizzy ends a campaign that is not delivering.

Why the money takes about 10 minutes to appear

When a campaign ends, Sprizzy pulls the final spend figures from Google Ads before releasing the money, so the amount is exact. That takes up to about 10 minutes.

If you create a new campaign before the money has landed, the system does not see the balance and asks you to pay again. If that happens to you, refund the extra payment from Payment History.

To avoid it, wait about 10 minutes after ending a campaign before you start the new one.

Spending your balance

At checkout on a new campaign you can apply your account balance to the cost, in full or in part, and pay the rest with a card or another method.

Bonus funds

Larger deposits can include bonus funds, added by Sprizzy on top of what you paid. If a bonus applies to your deposit, the amount is shown at checkout and in Payment History.

Bonus funds can be spent on campaigns like any other funds, but they are not refundable. That is why a refund can be a little smaller than the total you saw in your balance.

Accounting for every dollar

Payment History lists every payment, every move between a campaign and your balance, and every refund, with dates and campaign IDs. If the total does not add up for you, email support@sprizzy.com and a person will go through it line by line.

What to do next

Open Payment History to see your balance, then either apply it to a new campaign or read How do I get a refund?.
