What can be refunded
Unspent money is always refundable. That includes money still sitting in a campaign and money in your account balance.
Money already spent on delivered ad views is not usually returned. Those views were bought and delivered, and the cost went to Google Ads.
Bonus funds are not refundable. If Sprizzy added bonus funds to a deposit, they can be spent on campaigns but not paid out, so a refund can be smaller than the balance you see.
There are no guaranteed results in advertising, and Sprizzy does not promise a number of views or subscribers. What we do guarantee is that you keep every dollar the campaign did not spend.
Refund money that is still in a campaign
- Open Campaigns.
- Click the menu next to the campaign.
- Choose End Campaign.
- Choose End Campaign & Refund Payment.
Allow up to about 10 minutes for the refund to start. Sprizzy collects the final spend figures from Google Ads first, so you get back the exact unspent amount.
Refund money in your account balance
- Open the account menu and choose Payment History.
- Find the payment you want refunded.
- Click the Refund button next to it.
The Refund button appears next to payments that still have refundable value, when your balance covers the amount.
Where the money goes
Refunds go back to the original payment method, and nowhere else. They usually appear in 3 to 7 business days.
If the payment is very recent and has not settled with your bank yet, the refund is a cancellation instead. The pending charge disappears from your statement in a day or two and no credit line appears. See Where is my refund?.
If the button will not do it
Some payments cannot be refunded from your dashboard, for example payments made more than about six months ago, or payments where the processor returns an error. Email support@sprizzy.com with the payment date and amount and a person will handle it.
