At Sprizzy, our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible experience and results when promoting their YouTube videos. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and in such cases, we offer our customers the opportunity to request a refund for any unused funds assigned to a campaign or in their account wallet.
We cannot provide a refund for any funds that have already been spent, as we incur the cost of paying for Google Ads on behalf of our customers. However, we want our customers to feel confident in the legitimacy of our services, and we’re committed to working with them to find a satisfactory resolution to any issues they may encounter.
Customers can process refunds within their account via their “Payment History” page if they have funds in their account wallet. If funds are still assigned to a campaign, they can “end” the campaign and choose the option to refund any unspent funds. Please note that any “bonus” funds allocated to their campaign by way of promotions or promo codes will not be refunded and will be lost.
When the user ends a campaign, they have the option of refunding the remaining funds to their original payment method or moving it to their account wallet to use for a future campaign. We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
