The two reviews
Pending Review means the Sprizzy team is checking your campaign. Campaigns are reviewed in the order they arrive. This usually takes less than a day.
Processing (Google Ads Review) means Sprizzy has approved it and Google Ads is now reviewing the video against its ad policies. Most videos clear this within 24 hours. Some take up to three days.
After that the campaign shows Approved (Starting Soon) and then Live.
What you need to do
Nothing. There is no step waiting for you, and no way to move up the queue.
Do not cancel and resubmit. A new campaign goes to the back of the queue and Google starts its review again from the beginning.
What happens if Google says no
If Google Ads does not approve the video, the campaign ends automatically and the unspent budget moves to your Sprizzy account balance. You can use it on another video or send it back to your card. See My ad was disapproved, what now?.
Still nothing after three days
Email support@sprizzy.com with the campaign ID. A person will check whether the campaign is stuck on our side and push it through.
If a campaign is stuck for long enough, a Refund Eligible link appears next to it on your Campaigns page, and you can end it and take the money back yourself.
What to do next
Check the status on your Campaigns page. If it already says Live, open the campaign menu and choose Engagement Report to see what it has delivered so far.
